Wit Return Policy
We want you to be thrilled with your Wit Furniture. If it is not everything you expected, please let us know within the first 2 weeks and we can help.
Please retain all the original packaging. If the item is defective or damaged, we will arrange for a replacement or refund. If the item is not what you expected, you may return or exchange it for a replacement or refund.
Original delivery fees are not refundable and additional shipping fees may apply.
Furniture requires special handling for shipping. To keep things simple, for you and for us, the discounted shipping fees apply based on the weight and size of the furniture item that you are purchasing
All standard shipping is through UPS (United Parcel Service). We try our best to have all products shipped within 3 weeks from the time the order is placed. Shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days depending on the destination. Our standard shipping includes delivery to the contiguous 48 states. Wit Furniture Care
Wipe furniture with a soft dry cloth. To remove dirt, use a slight damp cloth with a mild liquid detergent if needed. Do not use abrasives or cleaning products, including household spray cleaners, on furniture since they can damage the finish. Avoid setting hot or damp items on furniture. Direct contact with rubber or certain plastics may damage the finish. The use of humidifiers near furniture may harm the finish. Avoid putting furniture in strong daylight, as it may fade the finish.
