At Wit, we have a deep respect for the history of American furniture manufacturing and are committed to supporting this trade in the US. All of our furniture is produced in Jamestown, New York, a city known for its history of producing high quality wooden furniture. Prior to World War II, Jamestown was one of the top furniture producing centers in the United States. Today, only one factory remains in Jamestown from those prosperous days: Fancher Chair, one of the country’s oldest furniture manufacturing companies, with production dating to 1807. We are proud to have forged a partnership with Fancher Chair, a company committed to quality, craftsmanship and the environment.
